Polyfab Client Case Study - Burger King

Burger King, a major fast food restaurant, came to Polyfab with a need for a merchandiser to showcase their new selection of pies.

Requirements of the job:

  • AutoCAD drawing of the merchandiser to be supplied to Burger King
  • Manufacturing of the merchandiser
  • On-line secure order form from which corporate stores and franchised stores could individually order and pay for their desired number of merchandisers and have them drop shipped directly to their locations
  • Burger King had background stickers, headers, instruction sheets and empty pie boxes shipped to Polyfab for fulfillment of the merchandisers upon packaging
After manufacturing the merchandiser, Polyfab had to apply a background sticker to the inside of the back door and then individually pack each merchandiser with the instruction sheet, header and two each of several varieties of pies.  Once the on-line order was received, Polyfab would process the credit card transaction and then drop ship the merchandisers directly to the stores.
