Polyfab Client Case Study - Major Department Store

Polyfab was able to successfully win a bid from a major department store by aiding them in the design of their project.  This project originally called for a red colored film to be applied to the acrylic to give the unit some color and represent the stores color theme.  With 18 years of experience in manufacturing point-of-purchase displays for the retail environment, we knew that the film would become scratched and very tattered looking causing the display to become unappealing and unusable in a very short time making replacements necessary and expensive.

In order to help the customer achieve the look they desired and have a cost effective display, Polyfab was able to obtain a red acrylic that was very close to their color scheme and fabricated a sample unit for them outlining the benefits in using a different material.  The design changes were approved and the bid awarded to Polyfab.  Special packaging was also necessary and damage free drop shipments were achieved by packing the unit inside one box and then using corner guards to snugly fit the packed box inside of another box.
