Polyfab Client Case Study - National Association of Store Fixture Manufacturers: Acrylic Fabrication Outsourcing

Polyfab is a member of the National Association of Store Fixture Manufacturers (NASFM).  There are many Display Fixture Manufacturers and Millwork Shops who belong to this organization who look to outsource their acrylic fabrication either because they do not have acrylic fabrication capabilities within their facility or because they have received jobs that require a large amount of fabrication within a short lead-time and they are not able to manufacture the entire order within the deadlines.

Polyfab has been privileged to work alongside these companies as a second-tier provider.  Due to confidentiality agreements we have with these companies, we are not able to mention their names.  On one occasion, we were able to assist one such company who needed to have 2000 displays fabricated within an extremely short turn-around time and their shop was already overbooked.  Successful deliverance of the product within that time would allow them to be awarded the 40,000 piece balance of the order which had a longer lead-time.  They turned to Polyfab for assistance.  We were able to manufacture and deliver the 2000 units within the deadline and their company was able to win the larger order which they manufactured in-house.
