Polyfab Client Case Study - Zoppini Jewelry

Zoppini, a company noted for their charm jewelry, asked Polyfab to help them design a unique display to merchandise their charms in the retail environment.  This rotating jewelry case was a complex display that required removable trays, mirrored panels, brass hardware and locks and a customized laser-cut logo header.  These units were individually packed and drop shipped to hundreds of stores across the United States.

In order to ensure their safe arrival, Polyfab worked closely with our foam-in-place supplier and UPS to create a customized packaging solution.  Both companies agreed upon a foam mold that worked with our Speedy Packer 3 and corrugated box requirements.  Polyfab then fabricated test units and had both companies perform vigorous shipping tests until an approved packaging solution was achieved.

This process allowed Polyfab to realize a very low percentage of damage during shipment.  With our foam-in-place packaging system, Polyfab has achieved almost 0% damage in its shipments.
