Q. How will my display be packed?

A. We understand that the displays are fragile — as result, we take great care in packaging them so that arrive to their destination unbroken. Our assembly and packaging teams are quality driven.  Once a custom display has been shipped, there are no extra displays left on a shelf to just pull off and ship when a display arrives broken.  Replacement stops production of other jobs just to make a few.  A broken display also creates havic for the customer.  It inhibits sales until a new one is received.  Stores depend on receiving displays just in time to stock for rollouts and new store openings.  There is no time to wait for replacement displays.  With that in mind, Polyfab Display Company has invested in a foam-in-place packaging system that produces an inner pack that molds around the displays protecting them from the impact of shipping.  For those displays made from a more break-resistant material, we use quality bubblewrap to ensure their safe delivery.  Although we cannot quarantee a 100% success rate in delivering unbroken displays, we have a proven track record of very few broken displays over our 25+ years in business.
